Lavinna spent over 20 years as an active duty Navy wife, moving many, many times. Lavinna has the knowledge and empathy to help you with your move. Paul and Lavinna have 4 children. One of their children is a high school football coach, and you will find Lavinna cheering on her favorite team on Friday nights in the fall.

Lavinna began her real estate career in 1980 in Memphis, Tennessee, then in 1986 she moved to San Francisco and sold real estate in the North Bay. In 1990 Paul and Lavinna were transferred back to NAS Memphis. In 1994, Paul and Lavinna moved back to Northwest Arkansas to raise their family in the place they have always called home. She has seen many real estate markets, from slow to robust. She has been a continuosly active agent since 1980.

Through her years of education and experience, Lavinna has held Real Estate licenses in Tennessee, California, and Arkansas. She has also been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Tennessee and Arkansas for many years. Lavinna is also a Certified Residential Specialist(CRS), Graduate of the Realtor's Institute(GRI), Accreditted Buyers Agent(ABR), and a Certified Residential Relocation Specialist(CRRS). Lavinna believes you must be up to date on all the Real Estate laws and trends to do the BEST possible job for all of her clients
